The hotel met the needs. Booked it for 2 days and had a very comfortable experience. A safe and central heating inside the double room were handy. There was a comfortable bed and a big bathroom. It was in a convenient location a short walk to restaurants and bars.

The room I had was fashionable with a big bathroom. Also, location was comfortable and magnificent, just 5 minutes walk from an art museum.

Every room in Borgo Signature Rooms felt like a mini oasis! the air conditioning made it so comfy, and the balcony was perfect for sipping morning coffee. the cozy decor and inviting linens created a vibe that was hard to leave. As a traveler, it’s all about feeling at home, and this place nailed it!

Didn’t have much space for clothes; a little more storage would have been nice.

Our room had a bidet, which was a nice touch. Plus, the bathroom was spotless! 🚿

Wow! Where do I even start? This place was absolutely amazing! First off, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They made us feel like part of the family. the location couldn't have been better. Everything we wanted to see and do was just a short walk away. And lastly, the room itself was stunning. the decor was rustic and charming, and the bed was so comfortable. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during our city trip!

First, I really wished there was a mirror in the room or the bathroom. It would have been nice to have a full-length mirror to check out our outfits before heading out for the day.

I had a delightful stay at a place that had everything I needed: cycling, beautiful views at Piazza della Signoria, and even bike hire. It was like a dream come true!

Who needs a bathroom when you can have a shower in the bedroom? Just what I always wanted: privacy and convenience all in one!

Great location, close to cool bars and Italy, right in the heart of the city. The double room was really nice and had hypoallergenic pillows which was a big bonus. Also, I was happy to find a bidet in the bathroom. a great spot to stay! 🌟

The Marvelous Balcony: Our room at Borgo Signature Rooms had a delightful balcony that overlooked the picturesque streets of Florence. It was the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or sip a glass of wine in the evening. With the charming view, it felt like being in a scene from a romantic Italian movie.

AC/Heat Issues: Our air conditioner stopped working our last night, and we couldn't figure out how to fix it. The room was warm, and mosquitos came in if we left the door/windows open.

We had a fabulous time being right in the heart of the city. Everything was within walking distance, making it extremely convenient for us to explore and enjoy the sights. the rooms were beautifully decorated and the bathroom was luxurious, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay. the staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make our breakfasts delicious and enjoyable. It was a great experience overall.

The air conditioning in our room stopped working on our last night. It was a bit inconvenient and took away from the otherwise excellent stay.
